Whether you’re staying at the hotel or just stopping by for lunch or dinner, you’ll feel at home in The Restaurant. Choose a table to suit your mood – in The Restaurant or the Garden Room, and during the warmer months, the Terrace and the Courtyard.
Head Chef and his team are guided by good cook and best-selling author Simon Hopkinson. Led by Simon’s philosophy of thoughtfully prepared food, the dishes are created to be as simple as they are delicious – and all the better for that. Changing with the seasons, the menu features British favourites and classic dishes created around the best ingredients, served when they’re literally at their best.
Our restaurant has a certain buzz. There’s an open plan kitchen with a Beech clay oven so you can watch the sizzle of the cooking and enjoy the anticipation of what’s to come.
