Chapter Hotels has implemented a variety of encryption and security technologies along with procedures to protect information stored in our computer systems from unauthorised access. We also maintain procedural safeguards that restrict access to your personal information to employees who need to know your personal information in order to provide the products and services that you request.

We always look at the most environmental approach that fits with the delivery of great service to our guests. This includes offering an electric courtesy car for guests coming to and from the station and having two dedicated electric car charging points in the car park. We also have a bike to work scheme open to all staff. Inside the hotels we recycle throughout, even with the towels by giving guests the option to reuse their towels or have fresh ones after 24hrs. And toiletries are provided in re-usable pump action jars (to reduce packaging wastage). When it comes to construction, we use solar panels where possible to heat the hot water and always take care and consideration for the environment during construction.
